Founding Engineer — AI Agents

We’re building production-grade agents that reason across messy retail systems, autonomously execute workflows, and continually learn from real-world feedback. You’ll lead end‑to‑end — from research to deployment — on capabilities that ship to customers.

What you’ll do

• Architect and ship agentic systems for ordering, freight tendering, reconciliation, and exception handling
• Build robust tool-use, retrieval, and planning loops with strong safety/guardrails
• Productionize models (fine‑tuning, distillation, evals, observability, feedback loops)
• Pair closely with customers to translate workflows into reliable automation

What will set you up for success

• 4+ years building ML/AI products in production (startups preferred)
• Deep experience with LLMs, retrieval, function-calling, and eval frameworks
• Strong software engineering fundamentals (TypeScript/Node, Python, cloud infra)
• Bias to ship; comfort navigating ambiguity; high ownership
