Founding Engineer — Platform

Own the core platform that powers our agents and customer experience: data pipelines, integrations, APIs, and the operator console. You’ll design and build the foundation for reliability, scale, and speed.

What you’ll do

• Design secure, auditable data models and event-driven pipelines
• Build first‑party integrations (ERPs, 3PLs, retailers) and a resilient sync layer
• Develop internal/external APIs and a real-time operator console
• Establish observability, SLOs, and on-call for mission-critical workflows

What will set you up for success

• 5+ years building production platforms or infrastructure
• Expertise with TypeScript/Node, Postgres, queues/streams, and cloud (Vercel/AWS/GCP)
• Strong systems thinking; excellent product instincts and UX empathy
• Comfortable as a generalist across backend, data, and some frontend
